"I've had this "insurance" company for a number of years and have had nothing but problems with them. Ms. Patrick(owner) is super rude and passive aggressive. Now, they've locked me out of being able to pay online through their website so I have to call it in. You can pay via "autopay" which I will never do for any company but you can't pay with a credit card. I get "HTTP Status 404 – Not Found" and it's been like this for the last 3 months. I travel for work to different countries and this is not easy for me. Of course, they have no idea what the problem could be. I use diff computers so I know it's not that. So, if you like throwing your money away and inconvenience at every turn def use this company. I will update this review or remove it once this problem is addressed or hopefully fixed. Giving a company hundreds of dollars a year for doing absolutely NOTHING for me I would expect at least mediocre service, but like all insurance companies, they are just grifters. Be sure and pet your little white Silence of the Lambs poodle for me Ms. Patrick. I'm sure it's name is Precious too!"
